Processing time

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

Supplier and warehouse fulfillment

Nova Picks works with supplier and warehouse fulfillment partners. Products may ship directly from a supplier or warehouse, and items in the same order may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and the carrier.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and product availability. Most orders are expected to arrive within 7-20 business days after processing. Tracking information will be provided when available.

US shipping rates

US Standard shipping is $8 per order, and free on US orders over $70.

Shipping updates

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us with your order number and we will help check the shipment status.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
